I have attended this clinic a number of times for laser hair removal and on each occasion I have been delighted. The service is both professional and friendly and the results have been even better than I was expecting. I am so pleased that I have recommended the clinic to friends, not something I normally do. Highly recommended, thank you Cara for your excellent work.
I have just found out that Michael Sheill is a struck off Doctor who smashed into 2 cars after driving on the wrong side of the road after a drinking binge. Intimidating, complacent, lackluster, nonchalant, unhygienic and untidy. Very expensive and extremely poor customer service.
Went to this doctor for some skin white patches appeared, got diagnosed with vitiligo. Went to the NHS doctors as I did not trust his diagnosis and it turned out to be a common treatable fungal infection. I guess someone needs to go to specsavers or stop practicing. Highly do not recommend this place. Also the practice looked dirty and unhygienic.
STAY AWAY!!! I had a laser treatment to remove small veins on my face by \doctor\ Michael Sheill (afterwards I found out that he was a criminal and con man). First of all I didn't like the fact that when I came to enquiry about the treatment (only wanted to know the price), without asking me he removed the make up from my face which I didn't want to as I was on my lunch break and I had to go back to work! hence I had to quickly go to Boots to buy foundation, I should have not go back there after first bad impression but my mistake I did. The \doctor\ was very unprofessional, normally every doctor explains how the procedure will look like so you know what to expect but not him, all he said was that it will take 15 min. The treatment was very unpleasant, I felt so uncomfortable. It was a very strong air blowing right on my face I couldn't breath I thought I suffocate, he didn't even bother to ask if I was ok, just told me not to move but it was difficult, glad I am still alive! I came back after couple of weeks for check up (to be honest I didn't see any difference) but then he offered me another treatment and he said it will be complimentary and done by someone else, I agreed. The other doctor was more professional and made me feel comfortable. As i came back to the reception and was about to leave the receptionist asked me to pay although the \doctor\ said it was complimentary treatment, she said she could't ask him if he was telling the truth as he was with another patient so I had no choice but to pay! Only after that I read the reviews and I couldn't believe how bad they were, I am lucky he didn't ruin my face! I've learnt my lesson and since that bad experience I always read reviews first. I strongly recommend to stay away from this place!
