We found Andrew to be a very approachable professional and very knowledgeable engineer who stepped into the breech when another engineer failed to turn up an let us down. Andrew arrived at short notice on time and diagnosed the fault with the boiler and it was speedily repaired .Good advice and transparent pricing from an honest old school engineer.
