The box I ordered did not arrive on time - twice- and the courier tracking information was not the same as the information on Amazon so it was never going to arrive as they said. Apologise are one thing but misinformation is another. Hope to get a refund but wont be ordering anything else again

Order arrived very quickly loverly walking stick but not what was ordered Was offered 20% refund and me to keep the stick bearing in mind it wasn’t what was ordered I’m disabled they would send me a return sticker but I would have to get someone to take me to post office and still have to buy another walking stick Don’t bother using them Yes there quick but obviously they don’t check there orders
