Outstanding customer service 10/10. Took my Range Rover sport for its 10 year service here, very thorough, paying attention to detail. And even cleaned the car in and out, looks just like new. High standard of work carried out here. Would recommend Luke Robinson service advisor for his fantastic liaison. Keep up the good work.

I bought F-Pace S 3.0 that was just only 20 months old as an approved fleet. I travelled over 200 miles for collection. Spotted a corroded disc at collection but I was told it was because it had been packed for a while and it will clear out. After nearly 7 weeks, the front was flagged as yellow warning, while the rear was confirmed corroded, by another JLR garage. This led to brake pad worn out. Contacted Harwoods Crawley, but they back off from taking responsibility (After sales support issue).
Ordered a new Land Rover Discovery Sport from this dealership a couple of months ago (yep a little late to leave a review). Had a great customer experience with Simon Waterman - he was prompt with email responses and providing information where required and made the remote buying experience simple. The car arrived ahead of the expected delivery date and is a pleasure to drive!
I lost my wallet containing my driving license and credit cards a year ago and to my surprise this morning I recieved it back via post sent by an employee of this business who found it in a part exchange car. The wallet even still had cash in it. This was a fantastic gesture of goodwill to send back my item at their expense when I have no connection to this business. That everything, cash included, were still present in the wallet certainly shows that this place clearly operates with some level of integrity and honesty - essential traits when selecting a new car. I'll be keeping this place in mind for my next car purchase.
Good initial customer service, jaguar i-pace is a great car and part of the future of motoring.....now !!
