Details and documents I requested were all sent through quickly, and a high level of service continued to be delivered once I have signed on the doted line. Also received a great deal on the price (thank you to the guy who crunches the numbers). The result, a beautiful Mazda 3 GT Sport Tech which drives like a dream! I bought my MX-5 from Hendy Mazda 2,5 years ago. Their service at the sales by Sophie was amazing, helpful and very efficient. She looked after me even when I went for a service and she had nothing to deal with me anymore. Service: the gentleman at the desk: PAUL is the brill of the team! He always very kind and welcoming, handles all the issues with great care and giving me more than just a normal and boring customer service experience. Wow, what an amazing experience. I have bought a 3 cars in the last 4 years and I have never had as good service as I got here. Everyone I spoke to was polite and as helpful as possible. Tyler was amazing, he helped me through every step, he was very friendly and easy to deal with. Rosie was also lovely and really helpful with my finance. These guys here really do destroy the stereotype of car salespeople and do the best by you. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car.
Tyler from Mazda Crawley was able to arrange ,for our Mazda 3 test drive, very quickly and managed every step of the sales process, until handover very professionally. Every task, whether it was communication, or arranging additional services were handled easily. I highly recommend him.
I recently purchased a used Mazda 3 fastback from Hendy at Crawley. I was looked after by Max who was superb and rose to the challenge I set of locating me the exact age, model, colour and spec I asked for! He was polite, very helpful and honest, taking me round the car and showing me any scratches he had noticed. Hendy took care off a lot of these as part of the sale. He allowed me the time for a decent test drive so I could make an better informed decision. All round a great experience with Hendy at Crawley and I love my new car.
