no problem with the booking process, nice and quick, hope the service at the airport is as good. Yep no problem with dropping off, excellent so far. Car waiting on return again no problems, will be using again.

Well, I’m very sorry, as I book with this parking before watch the reviews! I traveled between 17-20.09.2018 and paid 60 for sh service. I found like others said all changed, seat position, mirrors, wheel and most important proof of how they drove my car! How many harsh brake they did and how many harsh acceleration and also harsh cornering as my other bags from boot wasn’t on their initial position! After I did a complaint, they not even ask apologies about that. I FO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO NON OF YOU! I’m very sorry for not reading the comment before, damn! Your vehicle travelled through 8 roundabouts on its journey to and from our car park. All the roads are airport perimeter roads patrolled by the airport police hourly and are covered by CCTV and ANPR surveillance. None of our staff would risk their livelihoods by driving customers vehicles without due care as they are all aware of the consequences if caught doing so. We suspect the items in the vehicle cabin and trunk were not properly secured and have scattered as the vehicle drove around the many roundabouts on route to or from the airport Many Thanks Larry Gerber.

Half an hour wait at drop off/collection Currently stood in the rain with a small child waiting for my car to arrive, and cut our check in really fine on the way out - would’ve been so much quicker to use an on-airport service. Will not be using again and would advise others to avoid.

Do not look after your vehicle at all. Car was returned with scratches on passenger door. Was also left in gear so when car was started at point of return it lurched forward into a bollard damaging bumper and light. Operative on site witnessed collision and explained one member of staff had been repeatedly leaving cars in gear and was told to stop doing so as other cars had been damaged this way. Operative also stated the company had paid for repairs to previous customers vehicles for this and would do so again. After 2 months of waiting for a response from Maple they have got in touch to say the driver should check the car is not in gear before starting so they are not responsible. This suggests the operative on site was not telling the truth to a customer.

On collection, in the dim light of Gatwick Car Park 5 I didn't notice the scratches on the bonnet of my car that weren't there before. I did notice when I arrived home, but by then Maple Manor had the perfect excuse to do nothing. I now have to have my car repaired. Do not use this company as they accept no responsibility for damage. When I complained, I was told that I could have asked for a torch to inspect my car. WHO DOES THAT IN A CAR PARK! I expected my car to be treated with respect!
