Today was not a good experience. Ask for a discount because the packaging of the product I wanted to buy was torn in the box but the product itself was in good condition but the packaging is a little destroyed. speak to the attendent she understood but she need to speak to the manager and i waited. When the manager came super arrogant, she didn't want to hear it, she was already saying no no that was nothing she could do about it that the product was in good condition and try to say that I was wrong to ask that . I explained to her that the appearance of the product was not good and the packaging also I'm paying for because it was the last one I could not just have other option. reduce it to at least 20pences I say to her it's better the you waste it she still decline my request and say that if I don't want like that I should leave it but I say I will not pay a full price if the package its destroyed sorry, arrogantly she say I can put a sellar tape on it but I will not reduce she said the way she was put it is that's make me feel that I was asking the product for free I told you don't get it what I'was trying to say..... The super attentive attendant apologized so much and understood that I shouldn't pay the maximum amount for the product in this Condition and apologies asking please don't let this ruin ur day she said amazing girl she them wrote to reference down so I can look online will be easy for me to get one when becomes available so kind I believe her is Nicole she is a Real Manager she really care for her customers the the manager in this store in Crawley shopping centre Still has so much to learn with this girl Nicole for you I give 5

I don't see why they have even bothered installing a collect your parcel point. You get encourage to us it but then end up waiting nearly twice as long as if I went to the till. Back customer service. They need a serious check of the system.
Was served by Karen last weekend when we needed to order our daughter a new bed, Karen was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we where happy with our purchase
