As usual the service is amazing, even under the difficult times we are going through, Gareth was very helpful at all times.

Gareth and his team did a great job servicing my car

I understand that cars are not being washed, but other dealerships (Vauxhall, BMW) are washing their cars at this time when serviced. This is not a complaint, but an observation.

Having been let down by another dealer, made long distance purchase, car unseen. Everything was great, car as described, great hand over and at a good price. Worth the effort of travelling.

Great service, the salesman put me at ease, very competitively priced and no hard sell. I brought a used Smart Car and I couldn't fault them, very happy with the car

I went to look at a Smart that was advertised on their website for 6,875. I phoned ahead to check that the car was available and at that price and was told yes, if fact we were even phoned back to check we were coming when we identified the car by price. We drove an hour down there to test drive only to be told that the price they were advertising it at wasn't the price they were selling it for. It had gone up by 1000. When I showed them the online advert on my phone with the price, they said it was a mistake and had gone in at a "pre-VAT" price. When I then pointed out that if you added VAT on it didn't come to the price they were now selling it at, they said "that's cos we have just reduced it". I then asked to speak to the manager, who took no accountability whatsoever and blamed first "the Website" and then "Marketing" - sharp practice at best, criminal at worst. I'll let you decide if you want to deal with a company like that.
