Great customer service. DHL had a problem with the delivery and Customer Service contacted to inform that the package would be delivered 2 days after and not 1 day after. As that would compromise the treatment planned they sent a courier to deliver on the same day as planned to comply with schedule. Surgery done, clean and easy.
