This is a fantastic pension company. I couldn't recommend them enough. I've spoken on the phone with them, they are very professional and helpful. I've also used online forms, they've always responded promptly and courteously. I understand people might have been having problems getting contact recently. Just try and be a little more understanding of the pandemic and the way its affecting everyone. Like the guy before my post says, contact the ombudsman if you have issues. It's what they're there for.

Customer service is good but always directs you to the info email. They take several days to respond. Been wanting to opt out for over a month now and they keep saying they’ll send an activation email across. No sign of any email of that sort recently but when I did get one before the link was invalid. I want to get out of this pension scheme but they’re making it so difficult to do so. Beware.

Ive been with this company since 2016 and have had no problems yet I have asked for direct debit forms and Transfer applications and they send them by post or email. I asked them a question by email last week and I got a reply very quickly. However for all the customers who are having difficulty getting advise , you can seek help from the Financial Ombudsman

Chose The People's Pensions specifically because of the Xero integration. However the integration still does not work 6 months on. For some reason the People's pension keep changing the employees unique identifier every month to one they decide which does not match the report from Xero and hence the submission is rejected.
