Okay, but not the efficiency I'm used to from a BMW centre, to be honest: person who dealt with me didn't know I'd asked for new registration plates to be fitted; didn't know I'd already paid for a servicing package before the appointment, so tried to charge me again and assured me the servicing team would have spotted and dealt with the tyre pressure warning that came on when I left home, but they hadn't. It's not as if they were rushed off their feet either - I only saw two other customers come to the desk in the whole two hours I was there.

Good service prompt and efficient. Two new tyres needed shame they weren’t put on the same ‘axle’ instead one front one back!!! I’ll have to get that changed!

It was an ok service. On boarding was great. but when they gave me my car back a completely new error regarding my parking lights popped up. Plus the engine is starting slow vs before I brought it in it was totally fine. Now nobody picks up the phone. A bit disappointed.
