So got a oil and filter change all good...but wouldn't stamp book even though last garage did...then a few day's after oil change warning light came up,phoned them up said a warning has come up after you changed the oil...bloke said they won't correct that..but would if booked it in for a service which is not due till another 8000 miles..so got a nice warning sign up on my dash now which was not there before they worked on the car....seem they have no customer service won't be back again. two things they could of done easy to keep customer happy

We've been dealt with very fairly to the point the whole family now use it. Staff polite and professional,thirty pounds per MOT is very good normally fifty pounds anywhere else I found. Need to book first. NO waiting inside due to covid.

I (as a young, female driver) showed up to check my car in for an MOT. To my embarrassment, I was no less than one week early. The following Friday (my booked date) I almost couldn't bring myself to return for the actual MOT out of sheer embarrassment. I did anyway, thinking that with the word 'mug' now branded onto my forehead, and customer notes no doubt, I would be charged a fortune for 'essential' work that I don't understand but the car passed! Better yet, it passed very quickly. No up-selling or additional works at all for the first time in my life. I absolutely will be back. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful - couldn't ask for much more.
