My granddaughter and I had a very well informed visit to this shop. Very clean and the staff were very pleasent and helpful. All covid regulations were adhered to. We left with a little pet hamster. We'll pleased.

Went to their shop last week and some items weren't available so had to wait before it comes available. I'm just surprised how amazing the customer service is, they emailed me and rang my phone when I didn't reply that my items are ready at the shop. Talk about how committed they are in reminding their customers I love it :-)

Had the best experience of purchasing a hedgehog with them! Their staff most esp the manager, Brian was really helpful since it's my first time buying one so I didn't know everything I would need and how to handle them etc lol. But he managed to help me all the way in completing my setup which was great! Thank you again for the 11/10 customer service!
