Absolutely disgrace of a company. Sent us units while my father was in hospital, he never came home unfortunately. Yet when they collected the units they recorded them as being used for 51 houra and he didnt even use . Contacted them 5 times to sort this out and finally get a response, going back forth over the same issue and no sympathy to my fathers passing just kept saying ight ok right ok\. Get some proper training to your staff in dealing with compassion!!

Given wrong information on telephone on delivery has left me bedridden for the weekend because of no oxygen. Informed will deliver Saturday only to find that it will be Monday. My last cylinder had the protective plastic cap on but was only half full. Makes you think of quality control.

I cannot find words to describe how bad this service is, different driver every time, I asked for a time slot because I live on my own and have got to get downstairs. I was told between 1 and 4, Next thing, a knock on the door at two minutes to ten, oxygen driver, Friday just gone I ordered oxygen, after five phone calls, getting pretty desperate , I have to go upstairs to the toilet, it finally came at 11 tonight. Bring back Airliquide I gave 1 star, but they don’t even deserve that, I would like like to give a minus. Myra Ford There is nothing wrong with the technicians, it is the company, the technicians are under a lot of pressureI cannot believe the stress I have been subjected too, also these tanks are NOT full, they are all below the measure.
