Excellent support from Adam and Paul. Having done a lot of research on Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and combined units we settled on a Hot Springs Spa. Adam was very helpful in explaining the various pros and cons of different set-ups. The installation was very smooth and we have are very happy with the result. Keeps the kids happy too (even on a rainy day).

Purchased a Serene a few months ago and it’s great use it nearly every day. Delivered exactly as planned and very friendly efficient service. After sales service also top notch, minor issue with a speaker fixed no hassle within a couple of days.
We did a lot of research before making our purchase. We wanted to buy a tub that would stand the test of time in our British climate, look good and be straight forward to maintain. Blue Lagoon Spas were recommended to us by a neighbour so we reached out via email for more information. We received a response the same day from Paul and from the first point of contact he could not have been more helpful, professional and polite. No question was a silly one, he answered all our (many) questions with ease, he was able to offer recommendations for labourers to ready the space for the tub & he visited our home twice prior to delivery. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of delivery Paul and his colleagues arrived bang on time, they were respectful of our home and our neighbours property. When all was finished they left our garden clean and tidy, exactly how they fpund it. Special mention to Danny. Both he and Paul spent time to explain how everything worked, how to keep the tub clean, safe and hygienic & didn’t leave until we were 100% happy. I would highly recommend Blue Lagoon Spas. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!
