Great gym with the full range of equipment. Membership comes with access to the pool and lots of classes. Changing rooms and showers are provided with lockers aswell.

Would be a 5 but I don't think the changing rooms are suitable to be honest.. I mean being a bloke it's not appropriate to walk from the showers to get dressed etc.
On numerous occasions have tryed calling to get info on swimming, was fifth in the queue then fourth and so on, u til getting to the front of the queue and still sat listening to music for 25minutes... if there is no one there to talk to why let customers wait??
Pretty happy about the gym, there is enough equipment and even at busy times there are enough areas to go to. There are staff around if you have any questions. The ladies changing rooms are generally clean although the loo always looks like the entire room need a deep clean. My son attends swimming lessons and we use the pools as a family. There are family changing which is brilliant and enough lockers. We’ve tried to keep our son with the swim instructor called Chris, he is amazing, calm and professional. He knows how to interact with the children and has a magic way of making them behave. I’ve had to complain on a number of occasions about the lifeguards not paying attention, chatting or looking into space. There have been two occasions whilst my son was at his lessons where an instructor has had to do the lifeguards job, not good! The observation seats are good and you can see lessons up close and if needs be speak to an instructor. The reception staff are great and approachable. They have been able to answer any questions I have when I’ve called. The building is in a good location and the opening times are okay.
A nice pool with plenty of space in the changing room however there could be more baby change tables as often I have had to do without one. The viewing area is excellent you can see and hear exactly what is going on in the lessons. The swimming teachers I have come across have been enthusiastic and keep the children focused. The downside is the parking in the multi storey car park is not ideal in the dark or with young children.
