I recently bought a Kia Picanto from Acorn Crewe. The staff Peter Booth and Richard? really went above and beyond to supply the car I wanted. The deal was fantastic and I was completely blown away. Within three days I drove away in my new car and I absolutely love it. That was exactly 1 week ago and today I have received my Road Tax back from my old traded in car without even lifting a finger. The service was exceptional. I am a very happy customer.
I would like to thank GRENSON MG for the way they arranged for my car to have it's 2nd year service, a lovely young lady Sara arranged a date and I explained to her that I have isolating because of the COVID VIRUS she said that was no problem and arranged for the car to be collected, serviced and returned, I would like to say what a lovely polite and courteous lady you are you are, I would also like to say that the Driver who collected and returned the car was very polite and when he returned the car explaining everything they had done to the car and all the little faults had been done and the car had all the latest updates done, the Driver was very professional and informative. I can't recommend highly enough GRENSON MG being a truly professional company with customer care a priority. THANK YOU. I will be changing my car next year and I won't be going anywhere else other than GRENSON'S
