I have am really please with my recent experience with Holdcroft Hyundai. After an initial enquiry about a car valuation, Connor contacted me to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new car. I use my car to tow a caravan and although I loved my i40, I needed a slightly higher car. Conor talked me through the options and availability and managed to find a car that matched my needs and budget. I am only two days in at the moment but am very pleased with my purchase!

August 2020, I was looking to afford a sport hatchback. Very interested with the Hyundai i30 N Performance I went to Holdcroft Crewe Hyundai. I had a good welcome from Connor and despite of the Covid-19 situation they managed to let me test drive one of these sport cars. I had a 10min drive alone with the vehicle and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately the car was sold few days after but they keeped me updated about their new arrivals and found one suitable for me a week after. I was able to test drive this car in the same conditions as the first time and I decided to go for it and signed all the papers right after the drive. Unfortunately the car had an issue with the particules filter from the exhaust system and the CO2 emission rate was too high when driving. I dropped the car at Holdcroft Crewe to get the particules filter swapped with a new one. The new part came from the Hyundai factory in Europe but due to the Covid-19 outbreak it took weeks to arrive in the UK. However Connor and Nathan (sales Manager) made sure I got a good courtesy car all the time such as full option Tucson. They even provided me a car (the all new Hybdrid Kona) when I had to leave the country for 2 weeks and I could visit my family in France. I got my i30 N back on my return and everything is fine so far. Of course I was frustrated that my car had this issue but Holdcroft Crewe Hyundai did the maximum to keep me happy and overall it was a good experience.
We have recently purchased our new car and it was a pleasure dealing with Connor, who provided us with excellent service & great communication throughout the buying process from start to finish. Thank you Connor.
I had such a brilliant experience purchasing my car - Connor was an amazing salesman and really put the effort in to work out the best deal for me. I felt very supported and informed throughout the entire process and couldn't recommend him more! Thank you again
The last service was fine but I have had numerous issues previously that I have already told Holdcroft Hyundai about who did not give a monkeys. So while my recent experience was good, several previous experiences have not been and so I would not recommend Holdcroft Hyundai. In fact, I would warn others off.
