If I could give a minus star I would. The poor waitress was so upset, we felt so sorry for her. Saturday night - the chef didn't turn in, no waiting on staff apart from one girl that had only been there two weeks, no manager or anyone in control. 6 of us went out for a meal we were so looking forward too. We had to wait 15/20 mins for a drink. The wine we ordered - out of stock, second choice - out of stock, third choice - he hadn't a clue, got the wine out of the fridge and lined them up, the wine we got was the last bottle. We love going out for meals but never again would we go here. In fact we only paid for Four out of six meals. Another table close by got served raw chicken. They walked out without paying for anything

This place has changed hands again. Absolutely beautiful food. We tried lots of different cold and hot starters, and a main meal. Closest to the real thing I've ever had in the U.K. Really tasty and authentic. Mehmet is now running Turkuisine. He plans to do lunchtime buffets where you can pay a small amount and choose from lots of different mezes. Can't wait.

The bad bits........ Waited 15 mins at the table before anybody came to take our drinks order. Table of six on a very tight table fit for four. Restaurant was busy but the tables especially on the far side were too close together. When the wine was ordered the red, a Turkish wine was not available as was the second choice, eventually the third choice appeared, 25 mins after the initial order. During the meal the mains appeared but the starter dishes has not been removed. The wait between courses was excessive. The good bits..... Food was excellent, all six had three courses and from all different parts of the menu and everybody said it was excellent. The wine was very good and reasonably priced. The decor was modern and pleasant. The staff were cheerful but very inexperienced running the front of office the maitre d disappeared for a period leaving the young girls to manage alone. Overall the service let the food down.

Had a really good meal in there, it was quiet but the staff there went out of their way to give us a good meal and give good recommendations (6 men coming from the beer dock) I'd go there again definitely
