After some poor communication trying to amend my reservation the Spa Manager, Fiona, was very quick to sort my issue. I had the best massage I have ever had. Monica noticed very quickly that I have been suffering some back and neck pain and she was extremely knowledgeable when speaking about the muscle pain I was having. Her pressure was brilliant. I’ll definitely be booking again, requesting Monica.

Lovely location , friendly helpful staff , nice food , big comfortable rooms , new activity centre nearby , ideal base for exploring. The dinner , bed and breakfast package was very good value.

We have had business meeting at the Crieff Hydro and honey and I enjoyed two extra days there for pleasure. We can't understand that this hotel has only three reviews so far and no photos since it was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We can honestly recommend the Crieff Hydro and plan to return one day. Honey found it lovely that parts of the website were available in German, too: English syntax with German words, very cute, and we recognize the effort. All in all, we agreed already on our flight back home that the Crieff Hydro deserves 5 stars from us. Thank you and best regards from Germany.
