I popped into the DIY store on a Sunday morning and although the store was busy, the staff there were very sure to make sure I was looked after. They showed me to the product (flush fittings) within seconds and ensured I had the tools to assemble at home. I’m glad I visited a local store and didn’t purchase on Amazon! Really well-stocked, so I use it pretty often. It's exactly the kind of shop needed on the CE high street (man cannot survive on cafes alone!) My last visit was on Boxing Day. I didn't expect them to be open, but they were, and so rescued a leaking kitchen sink drama with silicon sealent & PTFE tape. :)
