Great service and lovely clean little station. Never busy and always spotless. Like travelling from here.

I use this station all the time. As a disabled person, I often have to cancel my trip out, as I can't always do the steps to cross over to the opposite platform. Or I have to buy a ticket to the next station, which only has the one platform. Then wait for the train to get to where I was going. The staff are amazing though. I can't fault them in any way at all. They are the reason for the 5 stars. They're always ready to help me if I need it. But it's a pity these smaller stations are not manned for longer. The only shelter on one platform at crowborough station, is locked up when the staff finish for the day. So if it's bad weather, there's nowhere at all to shelter.

All very clean and tidy. However very difficult for disabled or people with mobility problems to use the bridge on returning from London direction or going to Uckfield!!
