Thank you for a great afternoon, my son really enjoyed himself. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were, all to often these venues are full of arrogant clicky types, not so here. Everyone using the facilities made us feel welcome. Great value coffee, I will even have a go myself when we come back, which we definitely will. Daisy was very well behaved and came and said hello. Well done guys, it made a real change to the usual rip off rubbish out there! We felt safe the whole time and knew staff were there to help if needed.

Unclean, smells of sweat, feels unsafe, dog allowed to roam freely. The only thing that claws any stars is the friendly staff.
