Found Crown Garages by way of recommendation on Next Door when I needed to get my MOT done in the midst of COVID restrictions, and used them again for a battery issue and most recently the first annual service since buying my car second hand. What a gem this place is. Local, so saves me 30 in Uber fees back and forth to a dealership that never picks up the phone or calls you back for any service booking requests - and fantastic service from Barry and Dean. Barry talked me through the next service due and suggested getting that and the MOT sorted at the same time. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on.

No nonsense honest garage run by the charming and hugely knowledgeable mechanic Barry. He gives good advice and doesn't BS women with some old blag about repairs you eed\. I've had repairs and MOT done here for years now. Would not go anywhere else and I don't even live locally.

I’ve tried to book online, gave my email, got no call or email back. Then a few days later I realised I was delaying my MOT and so I gave them a call. Again no answer. I tried a few times, called their mobile number as well... finally left a message... nothing, no answer. I really don’t know whether they exist, or if the garage had to shut down, no idea, but then I realised that one reviewer did say ‘lose of time’. Agree. A week later and with tightness of time I need fo look for another garage.
