This is an excellent salon. All staff are friendly and professional. I only ever book with Sarah who always does an excellent job with my hair - super talented and lovely. Highly recommended .... but only as long as she has a slot free for when I need my next appointment!

I would 100% recommend this salon. I made the worst mistake by using home dye on my hair. Big mistake. I called the salon up and they got me straight in for a colour test and made me feel comfortable and confident in what they thought was best for my hair. They even used a temporary spray in colour as they could see it was causing me anxiety until my appointment. During my appointment they were all lovely and couldn't do anything else in regards to improving there service. I will definitely be back.
I highly recommend Zappas! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Gina has been cutting, styling and colouring my hair for years now, and she always does an amazing job. She knows exactly what suits me, and makes every visit so enjoyable! Thank you Gina!
Such an amazing salon. I have been going for years and although i mainly see Lisa, i have seen lots of other staff as i am not always able to book in advance. Every staff member is kind, friendly, has great hairdressing skills and nothing is too much trouble for them. They always make you feel welcome and at ease, even when they are rushed off their feet and they really care about giving you the best experience possible! I always look forward to going there!
