To be honest from start to finish 10 out 5 everyone is extremely friendly Martell is fabulous guy very fair and knowledgeable which something very rare in this industry took his time to explain everything to us if you are looking to buy a mini please look for him also I would like mention Denise the lady at the reception is super star.

Outstanding Service From Parts Department. So needed a replacement key for a Mini I'd just bought. Spoke with the very helpful Novelle (I hope I have his name right) who explained to me what was required. Went down next day and was attended to by Norman. Really courteous, professional manner and very helpful. He processed my requirement and next day the key had arrived. Again Norman dealt with my order and quickly programmed the new key into my car. Outstanding service from start to finish. Well done Berry and thx in particular to Norman for a really pleasant buying experience! Thoroughly recommended.
