Absolutely disgraceful, families, and kids have been waiting to get inside their appointments for 5 hours in the cold. Securities and staff very disrespectful towards the public trying to get in. No communication as to why they are left outside for this long. Home Office should be ashamed of what they are making these poor people. Very upset.
