I am not one to usually write reviews but i feel that potential customers should know about my experience. The customer service at this showroom is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I have sent 20 chaser emails on some additional stone i wish to purchase with no response (even after the area manager was contacted). My first purchase - quartz stone worktop - has also cracked within 2 years. When enquiring about the guarantee Croydon Granite have said it was not installed correctly (it was installed by them but they said it was my builders responsibility) therefore they wont fix it. Consider the 25 year guarantee they rave about on their website non applicable to your purchase. I have also asked what my options are given i spent 4000 on the cracked worktop and having chased 4 times on that question, I am still without a reply.

I couldn’t recommend Croydon Granite highly enough. I dealt with Gosia in the Clapham office and she was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable throughout the whole process. She always responded in a timely manner and communicated throughout. The fitters were also great - very friendly, quick and ensured I was happy with everything before they left. Croydon granite were also far better value and more flexible than some of the bigger kitchen retailers.

I have just had my quartz worktop installed and it looks lovely. The service l received from Gosia the sales assistant was excellent. She was always very helpful and nothing was too much. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for kitchen worktops.

Can't recommend highly enough. From start to finish the service from the Croydon branch, in particular Gosia, was fantastic. After a lot of searching, which Gosia played an active part in, we found the most amazing granite for our budget. The templating went well and the fitting was brilliant. Having done a full house renovation, I can say with all honesty that Croydon Granite and Gosia were the highlight to deal with.
