Lexus are generally customer centred. However, one young man has to be acknowledged for his professional and customer friendly service, Jack Soujeri. Jack was polite, attentive and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with Lexus custom. Not sure if Jack is a manager, but his attentive service will certainly mean I use this Lexus Service Centre again.

Jemca Lexus Croydon provided a professional and pleasant experience through their customer consultant Ash (Anish Bhuwad). I purchased the car because I could trust him and he lived up to my expectations by providing an honest and knowledgeable opinion about a couple of cars I was interested in. When asked about any discount on the price, I was told it was not possible but due to his personality and ability to understand my requirements he convinced me to buy the car. In the end he delivered everything he promised and proved to be a good ambassador for Lexus Croydon. I will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an excellent, non pressured and professional car buying experience.

Had an appointment call with Simon at Lexus Croydon. Honestly, haven't had such pedestrian service when one is looking to buy a new luxury SUV from anyone. Stay away from Lexus Croydon who disguise under a veneer of premium services. Take your business somewhere else.

I had my car serviced recently and two days later Oil Maintenace sign came up. I made five called to Lexus cental swich board and ask for Jemca Cryodon and each time she tried to trasfered the call but no one picking up the phone. I even ask Switchboard to leave message for Jemca Croydon to call me on my moible. It has been over the week and i still not heard any further from Jemca Croydon. During my recent car service they have charged me for engine oil changing. it is quite possible either they have not change the oil or not reset after service was completed . This is not happen to me 1st time. They are not very focused to meet your requierment makes you run round for all there litte negligences. I am not happy with them.who is paying for my time?
