Really happy with my results with Mitch. He gave me a nutrition plan that was easy to keep up with. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to work outs and nutritions. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking to see quick results!

I can’t recommend Mitch highly enough. Our sessions are always intense but enjoyable. He balances routine-based workouts with creativity; enough to ensure that I hit/exceed targets without ever getting bored. After only 3 months of 2 sessions per week I’m seeing great results - enough for others to notice too! This is all with only minor adjustments to my diet (if anything I eat more!).

I have worked out with Mitch in the spring of 2016, at the time when I used to live in London for an internship (I'm Belgian). We used to work out 2 or 3 times a week. Mitch went out of his way to fit our workouts in my weekly rotating work schedule. I absolutely loved the workouts! Mitch is a fantastic personal trainer who is very good at feeling where your boundary is and manages to push you just beyond that boundary. Our workouts varied a lot, something that I appreciate and need when working out. We re-discovered my love for boxing and Mitch used this as an advantage during our next workouts. He taught me some basic but elementary techniques and we started boxing regularly as a way of cardio. Because I liked it so much, it forgot how heavy the workout actually was. Win-win! One final thing I really appreciated about Mitch's personal training is his broad knowledge about the field. When I had a question about a certain muscle or technique, he was able to answer my question. If you are looking for a personal trainer that both delivers results and makes working out fun, Mitch is your guy! Joy

I'd never trained or done very much exercise before so I was really nervous about getting into it, but after Mitch was recommended to me by a colleague I thought I'd try him out.
