This is the only store where I managed to fix my Samsung S7 battery which was expanding. Even official dealer didn't risk to do this job and recommended me to buy a new phone instead. I came to mobile & bitz just to get my private photo's out from damaged phone. But guys managed to fix my phone in 1h and for a very reasonable price

Very disappointed as I try and support small local businesses... but will never set foot in here again. Came in to repair my screen yesterday and got home and front camera wasn’t working. He didn’t even test it when I picked the phone up but said everything was working. I was in a little bit of a rush and only noticed when I got home. Went back today and had to keep my phone there for an hour, and it’s still not fixed. Nothing works. He told me he hadn’t rested the camera yesterday as he didn’t have my code- I challenged him because he should have asked me to check it as I could have entered the code ! He refused to refund me and now I have a phone that doesn’t work and I can’t take pictures or do videocalls . Avoid like the plague- con artists!

Got my iPhone screen repaired with an official Apple screen at Mobile & Bitz and I'm very happy with it. The quality is here, and they put a protector screen for free!! If you're looking for somewhere to have your screen repaired in Croydon, definitely go there!
