Was really impressed. Got seen straight away with a concussion. The doctor Chris Blakey (may got the surname wrong) was super attentive and helpful. All other staff also really thorough and helpful.

Staff were great, incredible we get so much for free thank goodness for the NHS. Within the first 30mins I had an ECG, triage exam then a blood test. Was there 2am-7am total. My thanks to the nurses there for the support.

Fisrt a came and they send me home whit 2 pain killer and no antibiotic. Me having and hematome. Or a blood clot. For the fisrt 15 days nonrecovery got worse. Came in 2 time ben here since 9 in the morning notting solved i ask for medication they ben fooling around whit it. I wait for medication still they did not give me. My girlfriend went home and came back and gave me the pain killer. Seriussly its a joke.for the records its 15 03 im still here.

Great to hear that the new ED block has been inaugurated. NOW TO GET TO THE CRUX OF THE PROBLEM--STAFFING, as otherwise this is merely A GUILDED CAGE. My plea- improve staff working conditions and work-life balance or continue with the status quo of keep building GUILDED CAGES and hope someone would walk into it
