I have had the pleasure to work with Kyle since November last year and his fitness programme is great. I enjoyed the attention to detail going around every person and correct when necessary to ensure best outcome. This was also the case during lockdown online training. I also liked that he treated you as an individual and that his focus was for you to get the best of the training session in a way that was not intimidating but clear and encouraging. My fitness level improved drasticly and every session I could see the result on the muscles worked in the session. Kyle's knowledge of the body muscle structure is outstanding and the session be it for 20 or 40 min are always well balanced and do exactly what they need. All in all you are in excellent hands and I wish for his business great success.

Wiz fitness is great! It’s so good if you like exercising but don’t really know what your doing or lack confidence like myself. Kyle is a great instructor, so encouraging and helpful making you want to achieve the best out of the classes. Before the restrictions hit, classes were just the right size and duration. During the covid restrictions Kyle has made sure classes still ran from online which are brilliant so there’s no missing out. If you’re finding something hard he will always adapt it to a simpler form and there’s no judgment. Would 100% recommend Wiz Fitness to others. Can’t wait to get back to doing the classes face to face again.

When I first started Wiz fitness I did not know what to expect. The Wiz fitness trainer Kyle is professional and very good at what he does. Even though you train in a small group he pushes you to get the most out of the workout. If he see that you are sticking to the same weights he will challenge you to pick up heavier weights so that you don’t become complacent. Training consists of weights, kettle bells, Battle Ropes (which I love) and cardio. Also it’s a nice group that you train with. This training beats any gym that I have ever been too. I feel much fitter, stronger and my body is changing for the better.

This class has really helped me to build strength in areas I often avoid when I work out alone. Kyle really pushes you to reach your full potential. The exercises are always changing so it keeps exercising fun. Don't worry if you're new to exercise, kyle will help you with your form and give you variations if necessary. I definitely recommend it. The classes run several times a week too.
