We finally found Cruisers after a long search for a disabled access coach. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable for places to visit. Our Driver Mat (with one T) was excellent with our members and it’s not easy loading electric wheelchairs and loading walkers and scooters, we will definitely be booking them for all our trips. We hired the beautiful blue coach for the transport to & from my daughters wedding . It arrived on time , waited at all the venues. I cannot praise the driver Emma enough. She was lovely, helpful, professional and accommodating.On the return journey at the second to last hotel due to badly parked cars it was impossible to turn around so they turned the lights off inside the coach and with the help of the only 2 sober people left on the coach slowly reversed the coach up the long hilly drive in pitch black and rain moving obstacles on the way and after 30 minutes of very slow careful driving reached the road. Very professional and thank you

Room Booking at The DAAC

I work for a pan-disability charity (Ruils) and we used their accessible coach to take us to and from parliament. The driver, Mat, was so welcoming, kind and made our wheelchair users feel really comfortable. The coach was immaculate and we all felt a bit like VIPs! Will definitely be using the service again! Really recommend!

First time I've ever booked a coach & cruisers made all it so easy. We had a great night at Hove Greyhound stadium. Our driver Mat was fantastic! On time, friendly & even making an unscheduled stop on the way home so the drunks could have a toilet break. We will definitely be using Cruisers again for another night out & hopefully Mat will be available to drive again.
