This is the second car I have ever scrapped. My first experience was in Scotland and they had no idea what they were doing, it didn't help that I didn't know what to do either. But today my car was collected, the driver himself knew exactly which paper work he needed, knew what paperwork I needed and I have just received an email with confirmation of destruction of vehicle. None of these things did I experience with the company in Scotland. I am so super impressed and so thankful at how easy and stress free. The hardest part was seeing my little car drive away. Thank you Ecopart for making the situation easier.
