Found Hyde by accident when Belfast Airport parking website was down - far cheaper (much), courteous friendly staff and fast free transport to and from the terminal at any time to suit your flight times. Secure and safe - just booked again won’t go back to on site parking

When I left my car with Hyde Air Park 16th July 2019 I was confident that the service I received was courteous. However, when I came back 3 days later I was given my key back to me in a bag. I didn’t really think much about it until I went to open my door and my key fell apart. I eventually opened the door and found 2 parts of my key on the drivers floor. I took all the pieces of my key back in and asked them to help me put it back together. They knew about it but didn’t happen to mention it to me and said it just fell apart. They put it back together for me and I was able to use it again. I also noticed that someone had been using my car as I noticed my mud flaps were covered in wet grass and there were splashes of mud up both sides of my car. The mileage was well up and my petrol was down a bit. I didn’t say about this as I was annoyed enough with them and I just wanted to get home. I’ll not be using Hyde Air Park again as I wouldn’t trust them again.
