A perfect job done by Karl and his team, replacing two doors in my family room. From the measurement, to the ordering, and then completion of the job, these men were professional and skilled. I could not be happier, and would recommend Crystal Glazing Solutions for any Door related job. On the first visit, to assess and measure, they also helped put two other doors back on-track, and answered my many questions about what processes would be followed in the ordering and placing of the ones which were done today. Supper fast and great customer service!

Disastrous! Please take care. They take your money promptly, and then silence. No further information. No installation. No doors. We chased our installation date, and were falsely assured. Again no contact from Crystal. We chased again, and the night before they 'postponed'. They still do not return our phone calls. We wrote about this on their Facebook page, and they have now removed this. It would appear they are trying to hide negative criticism. We still don't have our doors, and the whole build is now behind schedule, and the builder may have to move to another job before he can finish ours.

The lack of professionalism with this company is appalling. Due to our items being incorrectly fitted, five times we have had someone out and five times they have not been done correctly. Screws were missing, items not fitted correctly. The MD Ceiran last came out to visit and told us the issue would be rectified - that was three weeks ago and he along with everyone else is not bothering to get back to us. We now have a leaking window with damaged walls. We now have lawyers involved. AVOID using. I agree that anything 5* is fake.

Couldn't be happier with Crystal Glazing, we recently refurbished our shopfront and they removed the existing old timber frames, installing new aluminium doors and bifolds in their place. We wanted to open up the shop more and large new doors and bifold have done exactly this. They also work remarkably well considering how large they are!

Really good quality service and quick and easy installation, after reading a negative review I was hesitant at first, however they have provided not only fast easy service but it has come with quality as well with a price that I find hard to argue with, I would definitely recommend.

One word describes this company and their capabilities and customer service - joke! Miss sold a product, bifold doors with internal blinds, the company had never fit the product before let alone know all of its specifications. Approximately five further visits were made, over the next 9 months, before the installation was satisfactory. Due to missing screws, broken parts and worst of all part of the doors falling off and almost hitting my 1yr old child. We also suffered flooding from outside due to the tracking not being sealed correctly. It took Crystal Glazing over 3 days to install the window system, again with approximately another 5 follow up visits. This was due to water ingress and heavy condensation, due to incorrect manufacture and fitting, that has led to severe damage to paintwork, plasterwork and woodwork. The owner Kieron made the last visit to our property mid 2016, on inspecting the window he stated the damage was the worst he had ever seen and he would ensure the issue was rectified as soon as possible. on leaving our home nothing was ever again heard from either Keiron or Crystal Glazing. Even after numerous calls, messages and emails. I have since reported the company to FENSA however, they are unfortunately powerless to do anything as the company has again seemingly closed. Even though the company website still exists, supposedly under maintenance. How they can be registered with FENSA considering their track record I don't know. We have now had to go as far as approach Shueco UK for assistance. They have been brilliant in assisting with engineer's reports and how best to get the issue fixed. Informing me that non standard parts have been used and the window system has been incorrectly manufactured and installed.

Absolute pleasure to deal with crystal glazing after they completed my schuco bifold and single door install in my new extension. As expected with a very experienced schuco fabricator at crystal the quality was great, the fitters Karl and Richard were so polite and very trustworthy in my home, attention to detail while sealing up was very good. Would recommend crystal to anyone who would like a quality schuco product. Regards
