Not responsible at all. I bought ticket twice from them and there were issues with both of them. Basically each one of them talks different and unfortunately the manager is extremely aggressive.

called the company spoke to a rude staff a male and decided to dig up a bit more about them. found out they have not been open for long. I don't understand one of the reviews where they say they have been using them for 15 years when at the beginning it says they have been using them for 3 years first???? how when the company is not been open for that long?? also another review left by FARAHNAZ SARRAF who is the owner of the company giving themselves a 5 star review??? how google can allow such a thing is beyond me. recommend avoiding them all together. with regards Ahmad
