Apparently the accomodation had to be cleaned because of Covid and all other bits as we were told in a message from the host. When we got there ,we were shocked and disappointed as the " Covid cleaning" was anything but, even lower than standard cleaning . There was no deep cleaning done , mouldy tap in bathroom,dust everywhere,hair on shower tiles,dirty drains, opened,used toiletry bottles,hair on bed sheet,very old pillows ,duvet and beddings,mattress and protectors,they all looked disgusting; we had to put our own blanket on top of the sheet and pillows; dust,dirt and sand under bed and sofa,mouldy and smelly fridge ,left switched off with opened,used butter and jam,other dry foods left on a small desk, not single packed ,as everything should be; the toaster was dirty and rusty.Luckily we had a pack of highly disinfectant wipes to clean the essential things. A small bunch of old flowers were left rotting in a smelly water on the box by the sofa. The hosts could not even be bothered to remove that for PAYING customers. The internet on the tv kept switching off every 10 minutes and the wifi transmiter had to be reset by turning off and on from the socket. There was no window to look through in there,as it was a converted garage,and no garden view,but 2 old ,rusty chairs and an old and dirty table on the drive way . The description of the accomodation is very deceptive . There was No table to have a meal on,we put a towel on our lap and ate on the sofa .We took detailed photos of everything We did not even get an apology from the host when we said we did not enjoy the accomodation. If we test positive for Coronavirus we know where we got it from.

A great big thanks for a lovely stay. We were welcomed as family by Ruth and Darren and made to feel welcome immediately. The room itself was beautifully presented and there was ample room for our family of 3. The surrounding walks were amazing and we couldn't ask for a better location. The little touches in the room were lovely and appreciated. Thanks once again.

Winzige Unterkunft, nicht wirklich für 3 Personen geeignet, kein Platz für Gepäck, keine Haken, keine Möglichkeit Neoprenanzüge zu trocknen. Wenig Hilfsbereitschaft seitens der Gastgeber, dies zu ändern. Haben uns nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt.
