My son takes an A1 Lux taxi every day to and from his connecting school bus. Michael his regular driver always shows up on time for him to meet his connecting bus and goes well over and above for all the kids too brightening up there day. 10 out of 10 every time

Used this taxi firm to take my family including my 82-year-old mother from Auchinleck train station to Dumfries House and back again. Had booked both journeys in advance to meet with the trains. Both times the driver was there ahead of time, waiting politely and patiently. He then drove very carefully to our destination taking great and giving us some friendly local knowledge on the way. I did worry a bit when he said he'd go the 'scenic route' but on arrival he charged us less than the agreed price. We'd come down from Glasgow for this trip and needed it to go smoothly because of my mum - and it did. Couldn't rate this company any higher and would definitely use them again. Thank you.
