I'm a first time Motability customer and found George to be very knowledgeable and helpful about the scheme and how to get the best from it as a customer. I have now ordered a new Alhambra from here, so they are clearly getting it right. Particularly appreciate the patience in offering a second test drive to include my son and ensure the whole family would be on board with the choice of vehicle, and the willingness to engage to ensure the right adaptation was installed, instead of just making assumptions. Thank you.
Had great experience yesterday. My car was booked in for a small service which was meant to be a pick up from home. Unfortunately this wasn't entered on their system and I had to drop the car off and pick it up which due to ill health wasn't convenient. Without asking the garage discounted my service charge significantly (45). I've always believed that a business has only one opportunity to get things right and that has to be at once, anything else is remedial. Curry motors got it right and did the right thing without me having to ask. Well done CM. My car runs well, came back clean inside and out and a free MOT! Will definitely use them them again and can only praise their pro active customer service.
The customer service was outstanding and they were very efficient in carring out the the work on my car.

They were my garage for 6 years since I had my car from new. I use my car a lot and I have had three 10 000 miles service in my car this year. Two month ago I felt that my clutch is going to give up so I called them that I have a problem and it is not going to last much longer. I told the lady on the phone that I will have a breakdown and than is going to be even a bigger problem. I needed a repair asap. She gave me a slot 3 weeks from my call without a replecament car (for a repair which takes days). I told her that is too far for me and her advice was that to use the car as long as I can and if I have a breakdown use my breakdown cover. Next day I brokedown on the M25 in the fast lane as I could not change gear. I was a major hazard and my life was at risk plus others. I called Seat Hatfield they took my car on the same day. Got a hire car on the cheap. They fixed my car in 7 days. But it gets better. As I said I had 3 services this year and I always ask for major... my wheelnut key was missing from my car they are the only garage I use and they insisted that I lost it I took it out of the car for whatever reason. I had to pay for the time that the Hatfield garage needed to take off my wheel plus new ones to be put on... So my experience with this garage gone from 4 STAR to ZERO.
They really are nice people to do business with and serve good coffee!
