I have not purchased a vehicle in over 10 years and was slightly nervous on the approach. However I popped into Currie Motors Toyota on Chertsey Road Twickenham and was approached by Marian Bogdan- Lucaci who straight away made me feel at ease. We discussed my needs and he provided and showed me some possible cars. He understood and listened to my needs and I felt at calm with him. There was no hard sell, straight away he came across as a thorough professional understanding what would suit me and my wife. I zeroed in on a beautiful blue Toyota C-HR Dynamic 2017. The next day I showed my wife and we decided to purchase the vehicle. Marian made the purchase as smooth and stress free as possible from the initial conversation to organising the finance to keeping me and my wife updated on each step and within a week we picked the car up. e also provided us and additional service by giving us a fresh MOT and Service. He backed the sale up with a follow up call 2 days later. I am myself in the sales game and I can honestly say Marian was a delight to deal with. Marian Bogdan- Lucaci picked up the phone to answer my call and it was my lucky day. Marian, apart from being highly knowledgeable about car trade, is able to listen to the customer and answer any questions and provide alternatives in a manner that put me at ease and gave confidence that I was dealing with someone who cared about my needs maybe even more than about sales only.
