Small and pokey - not a big range on offer. You're better off in an out of town store.

Useless staff need some customer service training across the board. 2 hours of my working day spent with 7 clueless employees at 4 different 'help desks'. Sorting a (what should have been) straight forward problem that had already been confirmed on the phone with KnowHow (even more useless) the previous day. Would not buy from Currys / KnowHow ever again and will be spreading the word!! STAY WELL CLEAR!!

It is a good place to go if you need something urgently, but I can buy almost everything 30% cheaper online. (Funny, but the person at the chasier desk didn't tecognise a Scotish bank note...)
