They say they will call you back, but never do. The wait to get through to their call centre can be measured in light years. If you buy from these guys, pray it doesn't go wrong. Extended warranty won't help you.

Can't talk this place up enough. I went in with a laptop that wasn't functioning (windows and recovery wiped, stuffed hard drive etc). I'd previously dealt with a lunatic in a dodgy little computer shop who had caused these problems while trying to fix my fan but I won't go into that. Carlos went out of his way to help me and do all the work at the lowest cost possible for me. Completely reliable, excellent customer service and totally affordable. Thanks so much guys!
