So I went into the store looking for a certain cable, 25 minutes I was waiting to buy a 10cm cable at a rediculous price, just left in the end as the free parking was about to run out!!

Upgraded my CONtract in June with the manager of Carphone, when I did so he told me he was going to waver my last phone bill of 86 which obviously I was very happy about. Both me and another witness heard him say this twice. A month later the bill came out, so I went back in to the store he helped me by phoning o2 to see what was going on and they said he couldn’t waver a bill like that, he then decided that he never would have said he would waver it! Which is the biggest LIE I have ever heard! They will con you to make money! And lie to you. Do not trust anyone in this business! Shocking customer service!!
