Massive selection out on display! Number of staff on shop floor did feel thin on my recent visit. However great service once attended too.

Great service with deliveries and costs being great, am normally an Amazon man but got better prices and next day pickup from currys for a TV. Had a smart watch delivered in just a plastic bag so invariably it got a bash. Both replaced quickly and stress free by a nice bloke called Barry and said they will take my advice and suggest smart watches are posted in boxes in future. Security person was asked 3 times while I was waiting ( you wait outside ) if they were open, apparently he gets asked constantly. They are not an essential retailer so only allow pickups and returns from your car or from outside car.

Mr Alex Baldock has very nice technology inside his beautiful stores, he has employed the best managers in the entire business for this store exclusively he has the 5 star management team which includes Aden who sorted out my issue within 10 minutes. The team at Thurrock are amazing in comparison to the other 7 stores I’ve visited over the country . Click and collect is seamless and the workers have a sense of humour and a personality. Where as the Argos workers are boring and dull , which is too expected when you work for a Company who sponsors coronation street. Please let you team know that they’re the best and that I will be coming in after COVID to buy some more products of this amazing team

I visited the store yesterday, loads of car parking spaces and the staff are generally very knowledgeable. They also have specialists from various manufacturers such as LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Dyson and Vax based in store, which is useful, although please bare in mind that they obviously favour their own products. Even though there are plenty of assistants it can be difficult at the busiest times to find one that is not already dealing with someone else. They have every electrical product from tv's to toasters and there is a whole floor upstarts dedicated to kitchen appliances i.e. fridges and washing machines etc. Great to find all this in one place under one roof. There is also a Carphone Warehouse inside the front left hand side of the store. In my experience the store manager does recognise the fact that they are competing with internet prices and if you ask them to price match there is a strong possibility they will. Well worth a visit, please see my pictures.

I usually hate going to Currys I find the staff really in your face and that makes me walk out. I have to say this store is just something else. I loved it in here. All the staff members that approached me were so nice, funny at the right moments and made my shopping experience want to stay there and not run out of the store fast. I love it and they will always have my custom there. Thank you lovely staffs xx
