Can't say enough about the product and customer service! Ordered a balanced cable for my 800s headphones. The pictures on the web do not do justice to the quality of the cable. The cable is top notch! The difference with the cable is night and day. The cost is very good for the amazing quality of the cable you are getting. I will never go anywhere else. The service, just as good. They respond to emails in minutes and the cable arrived 5 days before the date I expected. I would give 7 stars if I could. If you are thinking about purchasing from them, don't think about, just but it, you will be happy!

Great service from Custom Cans. I sent headphones to them to renovate and customize. They are like new now and my partner loves the new look! Special thanks to Jason who was so patient to answer all my emails with questions and requirements! He also supplied the photos of the finished headphones before they were send back to us. I decided to treat my myself to my first set of headphones and also a custom set of cables. I had seen Jason's work on You Tube and read good reviews. So I placed my order with my required connections and length wrapped in two tone paracord. I was impressed with how good they looked and also the difference in sound they made against the original cables. After a couple of months, I had an intermitting connection on the cables. It was returned to Customs Cans and issue was rectified and returned within a few days. The communication is very quick and the after customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend using Custom Cans, thank you so much guys.
Brilliant Service 10/10. I contacted Custom Cans to have some work to be done on my T90 Headphones. I wanted to replace my headband material and earpads and make my wire shorter and to change the 3.5 pin as it wouldnt stay in my phone. Throughout the process they have been very professional and provided everything I needed and much more. let me give you an example. Not only did they replace my Headband material but also the headband itself and sent the old one back with the parts they replaced. It was all done in a reasnable price. For the service I recieved I would have been more than happy to pay more than I did. I truely believe I recieved a bargain!! Since recieving the headphones they sound even better. I would highly recommend Custom Cans to anybody, they will exceed your expectations. Will definetly be using them again.
Good customer service Early November I ordered a custom headphone cable for my HE-500’s. Due to my own fault I ordered a 1m cable that was too short. I could send it back and have it replaced for the 1,5m cable at no extra cost. Both times the order was fulfilled and sent out within the estimated time given. Due to the current pandemic and holiday season shipping took almost a month but it arrived just after Christmas and I am very happy with it.
