Ordered an engraved tankard at 12pm on a Thursday and it came at 10am on the Friday. I was shocked at how efficient it was. Tankard was good quality and well packaged, engraving was clear and the font was really nice. Price included engraving but the cost of the tankard was 3 more than another store i'd seen online (for a similar tankard, not identical) But because of the incorporated engraving cost i actually saved 2 by using this local business. I'll make sure to recommend them as the service was really impressive
