CVI.Builders company was recommended to us by a parent from our daughter's school. We bought our new house, and initially, we planned to refresh the painting on the walls and to change the carpets with laminate in all rooms. When we picked the keys and saw the unfurnished house we realised that there is more work, then we intended initially. We met with Valentin for a quote and consultancy. We liked that during our first engagement, Valentine was honest, explained everything and offered us a few price options. One of the options was an 'All-Inclusive' service for the full-refurbishment of the floor, where the price was covering all the required work, first-fix materials and management of the refurbishment work. Initially, we signed up for the full-refurbishment on the first floor. After seeing the quality of their work, we immediately hired them to do the full-refurbishment of the ground floor too. Our full refurbishment covered rewiring work, replacement of the old heating system, plastering, painting of ceilings and walls, replacement of some doors and repainting the remaining ones, tiling of the kitchen and bathrooms, laying the laminate flooring in all rooms, installation of the bathrooms and kitchen furniture. Valentin kept us regularly informed about the progress, always highlighted the identified issues and helped us with design ideas. It is worth mentioning that he and his team were adaptable to all delays caused by the companies which supplied us with the kitchen appliances and bathrooms' furniture. CVI.Builders presented themselves as a customer-oriented company who can quickly adapt to unpredictable situations, helps clients through the process, and they are always there to provide recommendations without asking for additional compensation. We definitely will hire them for our next house improvement initiatives.

I was recommended by a friend to work with CVI builders on a renovation project. Valentin was always helpful and gave me good suggestions based on my original plan. The team was highly experienced and straightforward to work , they cleaned up each day and the quality of their work was excellent. The project was completed on time despite all the challenges of COVID. Communication was excellent and I was kept well informed on the dates, plan and progress throughout the whole process. I am so happy with the results and already booked a second project with them. highly recommend for any home project, big or small!

Valentin and his team did an amazing job on my flat! They took down and built a stud wall, laid a floor, plumbed in a washing machine and painted the property. Incredibly reasonable, fantastic communication and loved the finished result. Thank you for making the process so much more enjoyable!!

We found Valentin on check a trader and we were right to trust the reviews. Valentin came to give us a quote. He listened to what we wanted and then advised us whether it would work or not. He asked us questions to help him with any details we had missed and made sure that all bases were covered. He provided a quote quickly after and suggested potential start dates.Before he started the work with his men, they made sure the house was prepared and all furniture was protected. At the end of everyday, the progress was immense and the communication between Valentin and ourselves was ongoing. Not only could we see the progress and excellent workmanship, we were also informed about any issues or decisions that needed to be made. Valentin was super patient! Dealing with three women’s dreams for the same house is an art form in itself, especially when we sometimes changed our minds on what we wanted.Valentin always made sure we were happy with the work at every stage and it was clear that he takes pride in his work.Valentin is a true expert, even so far as understanding what we wanted in terms of design and making suggestions that we loved.Valentin made our house a home and we are truly grateful.

Valentin and his team renovated my Victorian living room and hallway. It looks like a new house and has received multiple positive comments already. A few of the (many) things they did: - Levelled the sloping floor in the living room - Plastered the walls and painted them - Stripped the old banisters and gave them a new look and new spindles - Replaced the incomplete old cornices with newer Victorian-style coving, even on a curved wall and a bay window - Installed a dozen new power sockets - Built bespoke shelves and cupboards in 4 living room alcoves, matching the Victorian style of the room. - Installed a new hardwood floor - Retiled the fireplace - Installed a front porch light with a movement sensor Valentin is friendly, polite and communicative, which makes working with him easy. I was able to show him pictures and explain the vision I wanted, and he made it come to life! And while things did go over the expected initial timings, I was kept updated along the way. Valentin has an excellent eye for detail, and suggests options that would look good. Everything was left tidy at the end, I have already recommended him to my friends. Thanks Valentin!

In Valentin and his amazing team, I’ve found real partners; I recommend their expertise again and again. They’ve made the absolute best first in my bathroom (unfinished business left by Wickes) and with my Ikea kitchen (fitting tiling plumbing). They are respectful, trustworthy, very reliable, very professional, patient, and even more important, Valentin gives amazing advices, all of it for a great very fair price. I am not working with anybody else: Ikea sells nice kitchen with the most terrifying fitting price, and Wickes has nice looking kitchen and the absolute worse service that could exist so I am so thrilled for CVI Painting LTD’s job at home, they are the most reliable. I have selected Valentin based on his very good reviews and also the range of services he offered, meaning I didn’t need separate plumbers, electricians etc. I was first impressed with his reliability as he started and finished according to a tightly planned schedule. I was also very much impressed by his team with the quality of work in everything they did. I felt that my flat was in secure hands. They were willing to go the extra mile without the extra cost. It was obvious Valentin took pride in providing the best service and leaving the customer satisfied. I would happily use his company again and would recommend him and his team to anyone.
