Don't know how to give zero stars. Didn't wouldn't change an item that I didn't need because I'd opened it. I explained that I needed to open it to see if it was correct. After a huge row they agreed to a refund. Be careful buying anything from this store

Buying my speaker from Curry's I saved myself 75 if I had gone to Argos I would have paid full price

Can sometimes be a bit dodgy buying something from here. There's nearly always a problem!

My partner went into the Cwmbran store this am as the delivery crew who took back our Tv advised the quickest way to exchange the product was at the store. Really????? They refused told us to go online . Very unhelpful especially the woman on the customer service desk . Customer service was definitely not her strong point , she should be kept out the back stacking shelves . We will never buy anything from your store again

We have had numerous experiences of appalling customer service here, leading us to leave and buy items elsewhere. Massive queues will build up while members of staff wander around and chat in groups. Members of staff will then jump the queue to sell expensive items to people they have helped elsewhere in the store, and rudely retort at you when you complain about this. The manager on duty when this happened once defended this appalling system as a massive queue was growing. To 'help' us complain he handed us a leaflet with an email address on that no longer works. We will be following this up formally because there is no excuse for managing the store so poorly and having such a dreadful attitude to customer service.
